Risk Disclaimer

Read this before acting on anything you see on OxView. Last updated 31 August 2026.

OxView is an analytics tool

OxView is not a broker, exchange, custodian, market maker or investment adviser. It never holds your funds, never has access to your wallet keys, and cannot place, route or settle a trade on your behalf. Every transaction you make happens elsewhere, at your own initiative and risk.

All data is provided as-is

Prices, liquidity, volume, transaction counts, holder data, charts and derived metrics come from third-party public feeds. They may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent between sources, rate limited or simply wrong. Figures shown during a feed outage may be the last known values rather than the current market. Verify on-chain before acting on any number you see here.

Nothing here is financial advice

The Hot List, chart indicators, Trader's Read summaries, alerts, rankings and any wording that sounds like a recommendation are informational only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they are not tailored to your circumstances. Cryptocurrency trading carries a high risk of loss, including total loss of the amount you commit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Safety signals are heuristics, not guarantees

Signals such as "mint authority revoked", "LP locked", "holders spread" or the "safety-screened" label on the Hot List are automated checks against public on-chain data. They are not audits and not a guarantee against scams, rug-pulls, honeypots, insider dumps or contract exploits. A token can pass every check and still lose all of its value. Screening reduces obvious risk; it does not remove risk.

No warranty, no liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OxView accepts no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, feed outages, or any damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its data.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live, for the security of your own wallets, and for every trading decision you make. Do your own research.
