Data we collect
Account: the email address (or Google account identifier) used to sign in, plus authentication timestamps. Wallet: if you choose to connect a wallet, we store only its public address to personalise watchlists and holdings views — never keys, seed phrases or signing permission. Usage: anonymous, aggregated analytics such as page views, feature usage and error reports, used to fix bugs and prioritise work. We never ask for payment details and can never move your funds.
Data stored in your browser
Watchlists, price alerts, notification channel preferences, chart indicator toggles and your selected time zone are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. They are not uploaded to our servers, and clearing site data removes them permanently.
Third-party data feeds
Loading market data sends requests to DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck and, when the live stream is enabled, Birdeye. Those providers may log request metadata such as IP address under their own privacy policies. OxView does not send them your email or account identity.
How your data is stored
Account records live in our managed Postgres database, encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted by row-level security so an account can only read its own records. Local preferences never leave your device.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the product: our hosting and authentication provider, and the market data providers named above (which receive request metadata such as IP address, never your identity).
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your session. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time, which removes the stored email and authentication records. Local watchlists and alerts are removed by clearing your browser storage for this site.
