1. What OxView is
OxView is a read-only analytics interface for publicly available Solana decentralised exchange data. It does not custody funds, execute trades, or act as a broker, exchange or investment adviser.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on OxView — including the Hot List, chart indicators, the Trader's Read summaries or alerts — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose your entire position. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Data accuracy
Market and safety data is sourced from third parties (DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck) and is provided as-is. It may be delayed, incomplete, rate limited or wrong. Safety screening reduces but does not remove the risk of scams or rug pulls. Always verify on-chain before trading.
4. Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not: scrape at volumes that degrade the service or bypass rate limits; resell or redistribute our aggregated data as your own product; reverse engineer, probe or attack the platform; use OxView to promote fraudulent tokens, coordinate pump-and-dump schemes or otherwise manipulate markets; impersonate others; or use the service where doing so breaks local law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate any account, immediately and without notice, for breach of these terms, abusive or automated misuse, or activity that puts the platform or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time. Termination does not affect clauses that by their nature survive, including data accuracy, liability and prohibited uses.
7. Availability
The service is offered without uptime guarantees. Features may change or be removed, and upstream data providers may become unavailable at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OxView is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform or its data.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use OxView after an update means you accept the revised terms.
